Lots of athletes go to extreme lengths to train for the Olympics, but few of these elite competitors have gone as far as India's Shiva Keshavan.

Keshavan, who was first introduced to luge after seeing some videos and watching the movie Cool Runnings, comes from a country where there are no luge tracks on which to practice. So the multi-time Olympian has been forced to get creative.

A new video featured on Time.com shows Keshavan training on a crowded, winding Himalayan highway where he has to avoid cars, animals and pedestrians. Dangerous, sure, but there are few more pressure-filled environments than this one.
