Texas-Style Dressing Holiday Meal With Turkey

As usual, the Dallas Cowboys will be expecting about 90,000 guests for Thanksgiving. If you're wondering what that means for their shopping list, they have 9,200 pounds of turkey on hand.

The signature menu item this year is the Texas-Style Dressing Holiday Meal. This feature a Texas-shaped waffle made of stuffing. It is topped with turkey or ham, plus mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, cranberry sauce and gravy.
