Get it straight: Paul Pierce and Byron Scott are from Inglewood -- not Los Angeles.

Both former NBA stars made this point clear while they attended the screening for Morningside 5, a 30 for 30 documentary about a high school team of the early 90s from Inglewood.

"We really, like, that pride in that," Pierce said of being from Inglewood, calling it a "brotherhood."

Scott is a Morningside High alum. Pierce went to the crosstown rival, Inglewood High. But because Morningside was part of Inglewood, Pierce was at the Los Angeles Film Festival screening to give his support.

Check out the video above for more of Pierce and Scott about loyalty to their hometown, which is the future home of the Rams, Chargers and possibly Clippers.
