Donald Trump has never played for a professional sports team. He did own a team -- the New Jersey Generals of the USFL -- and he owns a bunch of golf courses. He plays a lot of golf. But no, he was never on a pro team.
With Trump defending his lewd 2005 comments to Billy Bush as "locker room talk" on Friday and then again at the second presidential debate Sunday, real pro athletes are putting up their own guard. Sports figures -- notably C.J. McCollum, Blake Griffin, Jamal Crawford, Jacob Tamme and Martina Navratilova -- took to social media to show they feel misrepresented by Trump.

Claiming Trump's comments are "locker room banter" is to suggest they are somehow acceptable. They aren't.
